Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of vibeshooping.com and anything you buy from it. By placing an order you accept them.

What you are buying

A licence to use a digital file, not ownership of the design. The file is delivered as a PDF immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

What you may do with it

• Download the file and keep it permanently.
• Print it as often as you like for yourself, your family or your classroom.
• Make items from our crochet patterns and sell those finished items, in any quantity, online or in person. A credit to VibeShooping as the designer is appreciated but not required.

What you may not do with it

• Share, email, upload, resell or give away the file itself, or any part of its text, photographs or diagrams.
• Publish the pattern instructions, in whole or in part, in any language or format.
• Claim authorship of the pattern or present it as your own design.
• Use our photographs to sell your own finished items.

Products marked PLR or MRR are the exception and carry their own resale rights, described in the listing and in the file itself. Where those rights conflict with this section, the rights stated in the product govern.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Polish zloty and include any applicable tax. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or where a listing showed an obvious pricing error, and in that case you are refunded in full.

Accuracy

We write and check our patterns carefully, but no pattern is immune to a typo. If you find an error, tell us: we will verify it, correct the file and reissue it. Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Availability

We try to keep the shop and its download links working at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a download fails, contact us and we will supply the file another way.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done under your login.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in them limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
