Buying and downloading
When do I get my file?
Immediately. As soon as your payment goes through, a download link appears on the order confirmation page and the same link is emailed to you. There is no waiting and no shipping.
I paid but no email arrived. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and search your inbox for VibeShooping. If it is genuinely not there, the download link also lives on your order confirmation page, and you can write to us with your order number and we will resend it.
How long can I download it for?
The link does not expire on a timer. Save the PDF somewhere you will find it again, because that copy is yours to keep and reprint.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest and still get your file.
The patterns themselves
Are the patterns in US or UK terms?
US terms throughout. Where it matters, the pattern notes the UK equivalent, so a single crochet (SC) in our patterns is what UK patterns call a double crochet.
I am a beginner. Can I make these?
Most of them, yes. If you can work a magic ring, single crochet, increase and decrease, you can make the majority of our amigurumi patterns. Each listing states the skill level honestly, and we would rather tell you a pattern is hard than sell you a frustrating afternoon.
Are there photos, or just text?
Both. Every round has its instruction, its stitch count in bold, and a picture of what that round should look like.
What yarn and hook do I need?
Each pattern lists its materials and gauge on the first pages. Most use worsted weight yarn and a 3.5 mm hook, but check the specific pattern, because the finished size depends on it.
Printing
What paper size are the files?
They are sized to print on both A4 and US Letter without anything being cut off. Print at 100 percent, or actual size, rather than fit to page, especially where a pattern includes a true-size template.
Can I print it more than once?
As many times as you like, for yourself, your children or your classroom.
Do I have to print it?
No. The PDFs read well on a tablet or phone, which is how a lot of people follow them.
Selling what you make
Can I sell the items I crochet from your patterns?
Yes, and we are pleased when you do. Sell the finished object at craft fairs, in your own shop, anywhere you like. A credit to VibeShooping as the designer is appreciated but not required.
Can I share or resell the pattern file?
No. The PDF itself, its text and its pictures stay with the person who bought it. Sharing the file is the one thing that makes it impossible for a small studio like ours to keep writing new patterns.
Money
Can I get a refund?
Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital downloads are not generally refundable. That said, if a file is broken, if you were charged twice, or if a pattern contains a genuine error we cannot help you resolve, write to us and we will put it right. Why are prices in zloty?
We are a Polish business, so the shop prices in Polish zloty. Your card or PayPal converts to your own currency at checkout and shows you the amount before you confirm.
