Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Everything sold by VibeShooping is a digital file delivered immediately after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, this policy differs from a shop that posts you a parcel. Please read it before you buy.
Digital downloads are not generally refundable
Once your order is confirmed and the download link has been issued, the file is yours and the sale is final. We cannot take a PDF back, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on digital products.
Your right of withdrawal, and the waiver
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you have agreed to it. By completing your order you are asking us to supply the file straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available. If you would rather keep your 14-day right, please do not complete the purchase.
When we will refund you
None of the above affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty. We will refund or replace, at your choice, if:
- the file is corrupt, will not open, or is missing pages;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you received a different product from the one described;
- a pattern contains an error we cannot help you work around.
That last point matters to us. If a round does not add up or an instruction is unclear, tell us. We will check the pattern, correct it if we are wrong, and send you the corrected file at no cost. If it still does not work for you after that, you get your money back.
How to ask
Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem, including a screenshot if the file will not open. We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
Pricing and sales
We run discounts from time to time. We do not refund the difference if an item you bought later goes on sale.
