How Your Download Works

Everything in this shop is a PDF file. Nothing is posted to you. Here is exactly what happens between paying and crocheting.

1. You pay

Check out as a guest or with an account. Card and the usual digital wallets both work. Prices are in Polish zloty and your bank converts them.

2. The link appears straight away

The moment the payment clears, a download button appears on the confirmation page. Do not close that page before using it, though you do not lose anything if you do.

3. The same link is emailed to you

A confirmation email with the same download link goes to the address you entered at checkout. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, look in spam and promotions, then search your inbox for VibeShooping.

4. You save the file

Download the PDF and put it somewhere you will find it again: a Downloads folder is where patterns go to disappear. The file is yours permanently, so one good copy saves you asking us for another.

5. Print it, or do not

The PDFs are laid out to print cleanly on A4 and on US Letter. Print at 100 percent, also labelled actual size, rather than fit to page. That matters most where a pattern includes a true-size template you cut around, because fit to page quietly shrinks it. Every file also reads well on a tablet, which saves paper if you are following along at home.

If something goes wrong

A download that fails, a file that will not open, a link that was never emailed: all of these are fixable and none of them are your fault. Send us your order number and we will sort it out. We would rather hear from you on the same day than have you assume it is lost.
